  • We take care of ordering your QuickBooks Online (discounted) subscription, create your QuickBooks Online account, record beginning account balances, connect bank accounts to bank feed, invite any users, etc.

    Starting at $200

  • We will convert lists, establish account balances, connect bank feeds, set up users, set up QB payments, and verify account and settings vs. preferences.

    Starting at $300

  • We will keep your books on a monthly basis, organize/match/enter/reconcile/file all checks/deposits/and any other transactions.

    $2.00 per transaction ($200 minimum).

  • We will reconcile accounts, clean up transactions and balances, and perform an end of period review. We will make sure that everything is up to date and accurate.

    $2.00 per transaction. {$300 minimum}.
